Program Description

This program covers how to sell jewelry and the professional ways of dealing and talking to clients and the best practices of customer service and sales management in jewelry retail stores and making sure the safety and the protection of the jewelry and how to speak in gemological terms.

  • Learn the basics of differentiating between gems in jewelry.
  • How to protect the jewelry from deception and how to keep the jewelry safe.
  • Know how to price the jewelry right and calculating the percentages in a right way.
